Arrival Times
For an enhanced experience, we recommend arriving five minutes early for your appointment. We offer beverages, reading materials and above all, a relaxing environment.
We take pride in accommodating our clients and understand that schedules shift and lives get hectic. However, we feel that it is extremely important to arrive on time for your appointment to guarantee full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it can greatly affect our efforts to perform the quality service you deserve.
Appointments
To accommodate your scheduling needs, we strongly recommend that you reserve your next appointment before leaving the salon to ensure the time and date most convenient for you.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are subject to a charge of the full payment of the service requested.

In order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you turn your cell phone on vibrate when entering the salon.

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Gift certificates are available.
